About Hunter Glass
Hunter Glass was established in 2014 and is run by husband and wife team Grant and Malin.
Grant has 30 years experience in the glass industry with 19 of those as a fully qualified glazier. He loves being on the tools and enjoys all aspects of working with glass.
“I started working with glass when I was 17 years old. My first job was on the assembly line, making aluminium windows and working as a glass cutter. From there I went to a different company - making double glazed units. In 2005 I completed my adult apprenticeship to become a fully qualified glazier. Then in June 2014, after years of deliberating, I decided it was time to go out on my own… I’ve loved every minute!”
Malin has worked in various administrative roles over the last 25 years. Transitioning and using those skills to co-ordinate Hunter Glass was a natural process for her.

Hunter Glass is an experienced, locally-owned and operated glazing company based in Sheffield, Selwyn.
We provide expert glass work, installation and repairs in Christchurch, Waimakariri and most parts of Canterbury. This includes (but not limited to) Rolleston, West Melton, Oxford, Kirwee, Springfield and Darfield.
At Hunter Glass we work hard to complete work on time, to perfection" first time, every time and our workmanship is backed with a full Guarantee.
