When does a window need safety glass?
Safety glass is required in bathrooms, doors with glass panels, low-level windows, and any glazing close to the floor. Under New Zealand building regulations, any broken window must be replaced with glass that meets current safety standards, even in older homes.
How quickly can you replace broken glass?
